Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Kasimpasa/Dolapdere/Taksim/Aksaray and merge onto Piyalepasa Blv. Continue straight to stay on Piyalepasa Blv. Slight right onto Fisekhane Deresi Cd. Use the right 2 lanes to take the exit toward Okmeydani/Ankara. Continue onto Istanbul Çevre Yolu/O-1/D100. Take the exit toward Ayvansaray/Eyüp.
